Overview
PETROCO Rubber Packers are engineered for high-pressure, high-temperature, and chemically demanding wellbore environments. They provide reliable annular sealing around production tubing or liners, ensuring long-term zonal isolation and well integrity. Advanced elastomer compounds deliver durability, chemical resistance, and long service life.

Elastomer Materials
Available elastomer grades include AFLAS, Viton® (Viton® GF / A/B), HNBR, and NBR. Each material is specifically formulated to meet challenging well conditions such as high temperature, sour gas, acidic fluids, and high-pressure operation.

Key Performance Highlights
    •    Maximum service temperature: up to 230 °C
    •    Differential pressure resistance: up to 10,000 psi
    •    Excellent extrusion resistance and low compression set
    •    Strong chemical resistance (H₂S, HCl, sour fluids)
    •    Very low gas permeability
    •    Long-term performance: stable for up to 20 years under harsh well conditions

Applications
    •    Primary or backup packers for production tubing and liner hangers
    •    Zonal isolation in open-hole or cased-hole completions
    •    Acidizing, chemical injection, water or gas shut-off, and corrosion protection
    •    High-temperature, high-pressure, or sour wells
    •    Well integrity repairs and annular sealing
